Lonely is the Night

David Brian

A renegade vampire stalks the streets of a large English town, intent on making a kill which will infuriate the blood lords. But a chance meeting with a beautiful young woman threatens to change everything. Can a vampire deny his true nature?

About the author:
David Brian is an author who lives in the county of Northamptonshire, in England. He is the proud father of four children, and equally proud grandfather of two (very young) grandchildren. David also shares his home with a Staffordshire Bull Terrier called Ralph, and a California Kingsnake called Mr Baggins. His work primarily focuses on tales of dark fantasy, although he claims to have more mainstream storylines buzzing around inside his head. Maybe one day he will sit down and begin to plug away at these ideas, but for now he intends to let his imagination run wild with twisted and macabre tales of fantasy and horror. David was shortlisted for the 2010 H.E.Bates short story competition.
